What we collect

Your name, email, phone number, billing address, business details and GSTIN (for business accounts), order history and payment references. Passwords are stored only as secure hashes. For security, we keep a log of account activity (such as logins and orders) with the IP address and browser used. We do not store card or UPI details; payments are processed by Razorpay.

Why

To provide and bill your services, register domains in your name, meet tax and legal obligations (including record-keeping for VPS customers), prevent fraud and answer support requests.

Sharing

With domain registrars and registries (for domain registration), payment processors, and authorities when required by law. For business accounts, the GSTIN is checked against public GST records. We do not sell your data.

Retention

We keep account and billing records for as long as the law requires, then delete or anonymise them.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data by emailing support@energyhost.in.

Emails from us

Our emails never contain links. Verification and password reset use 6-digit codes only. If an email asks you to click a link, it is not from us.
